Tree Maintenance - City Owned at 29 Kentish Dr SW
The poor old spruce tree in my front yard is rapidly deteriorating. The crown and upper two thirds of the tree are now totally dead. I've been trying to save it with deep root watering and fertilization but it has lost a ton of foliage since last year (including the crown). I'd like to have it removed and a new tree planted if possible. Thanks for your time and consideration.
