I picked up 4 commercial size bags of garbage & a broken shopping cart in the field next to the street and the railroad tracks for the city to pick up & dispose.

Specific Details of issue: East of Bowness Rona & west of the railroad tracks by Trans-Canada Highway 1. We need no dumping signs here because there is more garbage yet to be pickup by me!

Specific Location Details: The garbage load is on the circle where you turn left out of the end end exit of Rona. Contractors are seriously dumping here & need to be stopped!
