Details of request: Permanent Sign (Add or Modify) | Details of request: We are requesting the installation of an additional set of stop signs at the intersection of 11th Ave SE and 26 St SE. Currently, there are only stop signs on two sides of the intersection, which creates a safety hazard. Cars parked close to the intersection obstruct the view, making it difficult for drivers to see oncoming traffic from the other directions where there are no stop signs. This forces drivers to inch closer into the intersection to check for approaching vehicles, at which point they may already be in the path of oncoming traffic, increasing the risk of accidents. This situation occurs multiple times throughout the day.
