Timing of lights have changed recently for the worst

Time of Day: AM Rush Hour

Describe Issue: These lights used to work great. But have changed recently due to road works. The lights are now way too long green for 20th Avenue traffic in the am and the advance left turn from Edm Tr northbound onto 20th ave westbound is unnecessary in the am (it is totally necessary in the pm which is still in place).
