Sidewalk or Curb - Repair at 220 16 Ave NW Northeast Calgary

There is a big dip in the sidewalk and asphalt area. A student fell yesterday and got hurt very badly. I am worried more people will get hurt. There are holes and the edge of the curb is quite large.
