Large crack along all 5 lanes. About a foot thick

Specific details of the issue: Wide crack along all 5 lanes of Memorial Eastbound, where the road and bridge connect. It is a couple inches thick and is doing damage to tires and has been there for years. Needs to fixed ASAP
