Location Details: On my way to Vote (walking) Southbound on Edgepark Blvd first stop south of Country Hills Blvd. Bus sign is knocked down. Noticed the screws that should be affixed to the concrete was not. Hilti inserts were only placed in the dirt. Contractor should not get paid and needs to complete the work correctly
