Irrigation Control Valve located between 43 and 47 Tuscany Hills Terrace NW (behind/south of houses in park) missing cover and poses danger to children and adults using park. Appears to have been damaged by lawn maintenance equipment.

Valve box broken. Box flooded. major safety hazard

Dog water fountain appears to have a leak. Has been flooded since the snow melted, and puddle is steadily expanding. Also seems to have drainage issues throughout the park. Always waterlogged.
