Large Potholes in Alley

Signs blocking alley with large pothole but no explanation of what is happening or going to happen. Is there maintenance scheduled?

There are multiple deep pot holes in the back alley and when it rains it floods pretty bad. Images tries to get the larger holes. Property owners have often dug interm drain "funnels" to drain water.

4th request. Pleas have supervisor contact me. My tenants cannot drive down the alley. Please grade this alley.
