Flooding In Progress - When the City paved the back alley, it was raised considerably. With the snow in the back alley at this moment and the warm weather, the water is draining over the City property into my garage, damaging my property...

Drains on 5th Street NW and 72 Ave NW are appear to be blocked by ice. I have no idea where they are so I can't help!

Pure ice at base of stairs across entire pathway. No safe route through aside from going through a snow bank.

Ice and snow are blocking city storm drain. As snow melts is pooling and freezing on the sidewalks as there is nowhere to drain. Wentworth Hill from Wexford Way east on the south side of the road. The blocked drain is close to the path.

Flooding

Thick ice on pedestrian underpass path & on stairs. Treacherous & bikes/wheelchairs/pedestrians can not use safely.

City needs to come clear snow from road - we can't keep up with removing this water just because you can't clear the road
