Some stair boards need to be replaced

Fence blocking pathway. Was a permit obtained for this structure. I have been using this walkway for over 20 years!! The fence is blocking the neighbours driveway at 5408.

Looks like someone hit the sign and post and cable. The sign is barely holding on and the post are broken.

There is fencing blocking 9th ave on the North side creating a bottle neck with the Fairmont as there are only 2 lanes. Almost caused major accident! The fence is basically storage only at this point as there is a tractor with pipe sittin...

Post and cable broken - tripping and injury hazard - this happened after big trucks were using the alley way after the big fire in the condos this summer at the end of the street
