Please remove this traffic barrier from 8 ST SW. it is blocking traffic and there's no construction north of the barrier for which drivers need to detour. It's just blocking the lane for no reason.

Unintelligible detour. Cyclists are supposed to dismount and use the north side sidewalk, but then that sidewalk is also closed, and then there's also a detour sign pointing south, but with no actual detour signage/routing after that.
