The city boulevard across from homes is always full of weeds. Now the weeds will seed and blow and onto our private yards. Which we spend a lot of money to keep theses off. This happens every year and every year the city leaves. Yet if so...

Grass needs to be cut

Dead plants/bushes plus weed overgrowth. The trees bloom every year, but the bushes have not bloomed for more than 2 years. The weed overgrowth is excessive, and very unsightly. Please can this be cleaned up?
