Garbage department keeps putting pea gravel in back lane and won't pick it up!

Alley needs proper maintenance. Every time it rains all the unnecessary pea gravel washes on the sidewalk.

The back alley between 526 and 532 4Avenue NE is now almost impassible due to last nights storm. Every time there is a storm gravel from the alley washes away and is deposited onto 4th avenue NE. We now have gravel sand bars on the street...

For a few weeks now, there has been water pooling at the end of the alley at Northmount Dr. and Bulyea Rd. The water is coming up from a small drain in the alley.
