No drainage in 12 hours. Last rainfall took 2-3 days to clear

Call # 18-00730995 was closed today and the problem wasn't fixed.

Street catch-basin on property line between 2826 and 2828 (mine) is plugged every year with rubble and seeds from elms. I need it cleaned out every year: it's flooding right now during a normal rainstorm up over the sidewalk to the grass...

Catch basin floods seems partially blocked as it doesn't flood initially.

Catch basin in front of 169 Auburn Sound Close backs up every time it rains. Flooding halfway up yards and driveways.

Flooded to the bottom of mailboxes

City tried to fix this drain in 2017 but made it worse. Now is flooding not only in the winter but in the summer as well.

3rd time I've reported this same issue

The catch basins or sewers constantly get backed up all the time. This is the 3rd ticket I have logged. Can someone please come out and take a look.

Every time it rains hard for 5 minutes, the water backs up over the catch basin and over our sidewalk onto the lawn. This is the third time I've reported this and nothing has been done. We need some action on this soon!
