Clogged catch basin from chunks of snow & ice causing ice build up on sidewalk

Snow and ice have made very potholes road, hard for people with cars not to be scrapping bumpers. Slippery and is by a small playground zone.

Please plow the street. It is almost impassable and is causing damage to my car. Request was made 12 days ago but unfortunately crescent was replaced by drive and nothing was done. Other streets in woodbine received a response the next day.

This is an annual problem. The public sidewalk beside 2304 Palisade Drive SW next to the lane is flooding due to runoff from the lane, and blockage of the gutter all the way to the catch basin. This turns into dangerous ice every night,...

A large lake of ice and water covering the road and the sidewalk. Dangerous to pass, especially as a pedestrian.
