Filed this at least 3 times and the case got closed with nothing done! Don't understand what's the point of submitting the case! Please make sure things are done then close the case! Please clean the Catching Basin!

This drain is blocked by a plastic barrier left over from construction up the hill and a great deal of gravel silt. Who is responsible to clear up this drain? Could be nearby flooding when we get a torrential downpour

The catch basin is located along the bike lane on 12th Ave SW. it's on the NW corner of the 12 Ave SW and 10 St SW intersection.

Swail clogged. No efforts to clear in years. Odor emitting. Floods other property during rain.

There are about a dozen of these light blue "pucks" in the gutter. I am not sure what they are or that they should be there.

Rain water from the adjacent city park is pooling in the WEst Hillhurst community center. This happens whenever it rains. It's a breeding ground for mosquitos. Better drainage is required. Especially since this park has a playground...
