Poor signage for cyclists

Details of request: The photo shows a confusing issue for pedestrians and cyclists. Cyclists peddling eastbound on along the Elbow River pathway that runs alongside Elbow Drive, turn right to cross the Elbow River bridge. However because of poor signage, the cyclists don't turn onto the roadway (which has a dedicated bike lane); instead they immediately turn a sharper right onto the narrow pedestrian walkway alongside the bridge. This is a busy bridge for foot traffic and people on foot including with dogs and strollers have to squeeze past cyclists. The street signs and surface markers should more clearly direct cyclists to take the roadway across the bridge
