Backlane Maintenance at 443 19 Av NW

Ponding and pooling of rain water in back lane all the time. No positive drainage to either street. I will submit a daily obit for you.

Specific details of the issue: Muddy lane gets on my garage walls and ruins the stucco and get in my garage on the floor. I have constantly sweep out my garage! They don't have this issue in the burbs!
Specific Location details: In front of my garage and most of the middle of the block.
