Gravel all over sidewalk.. again

Specific details of the issue: Where to start. Last week I put in a service request to clean sidewalk of gravel from rainstorm that washed down back lane. City came and cleaned up the gravel...by putting it BACK into the rear paved lane. Contacted city to come sweep back lane. No answer. After last night's storm, the gravel has washed away back down to the sidwalk...AGAIN. Can the city come and actually sweep the gravel from the rear paved lane AND clean the sidewalk so this stops happening? Thank you!
