Re 20-00683082 Attaching picture of young students using small clippers to cut thousands of square ft of 6' high weeds around Panorama lakes. This can't be efficient and good use of my tax dollars. Not being supervised and sitting on their butts most of the time. Come on City, let's get smart here.
