Back alley containing a lot of pot holes and different debris (nails, syringes, etc.)
Issue: Gravel
Specific details of the issue: Holes and debris along the back alley. Would need to be paved.
Specific Location details: The whole back alley isn't consistently flat and driving/walking on a lot of debris is very dangerous. Multiple flat tires have been reported from neighbors in the past months.
