Mowing in a Park at 750 Copperpond Bv SE

Thistle has taken over the majority of the park. This is a result of letting the turf die and be replaced with weeds. Watering the grass would have helped alleviate this but the park is dying from lack of moisture. At least control the weeds please. The park is in terrible state. Wasted investment
