This sidewalk needs to be repaired before it ever gets cold again

Specific Details: I have noticed when I was walking on this sidewalk that a chunk of it, is missing, before all of the sidewalk becomes grass/dirt and I would like for someone to come out and fix this because its a city owned and public sidewalk thanks
