Catch Basin / Storm Drain Concerns at 265 Somerside Park SW

As happened in 2018, the rain drain that flow water collected to the houses is clogged with leaves in the park. The small amount of water from raining/snowing this weekend indicated this. I am worried when it starts raining a lot. In addition, I opened the same ticket in 2017/2018, and someone called me indicated that maybe it will be proposing to change the system of draining at that place instead a pipe draining to the park, using some small concrete channel.
