Mowing in a Park at 11 Millview Cm SW

The grass and weeds in our park behind our home has not been cut since May 19th ish. They are very high and starting to form thistles. The thistles are coming into our yard and very toxic for my dog. Your website says mowing is every 2 weeks weather permitting. The weather has been fine and has not been cut for almost a month. It was recently weed whacked but not cut. Please advise when we can expect this to be cut.
