City of Calgary alleyway or third world country road? Hard to tell the difference lately but one thing I do know is that I don't pay a third world country $9,000 annually to maintain the alleyway. Please, for the safety of the community, take care of this disaster immediately. This is a lawsuit just waiting to happen.
