Issue: Uneven Surface / Cracks
Specific details of the issue: Whole road has damage and pot holes. Reported to you over a year ago about rhe uneven rail line crossing and pot holes and cracks either side of level crossing. You said that CP would fix the rail line which the did but you did not fix the pot holes and damaged road on either side of train tracks which you own.
