Shrubs, Flowers, Leaves Maintenance in a Park-WAM at 138 Crestbrook Dr SW

The playground has a big dirt pile in between the slides. Mulch isn't a good solution (gravity). This is my second time complaining.
Issue: Turf repair
Describe the concern in detail: Qualico decided that mulch would work well on the hill between these two slides. This is a very busy playground and kids are constantly climbing up this hill. It looks terrible and is making the entire playground muddy.
