Catch Basin / Storm Drain Concerns at 6821 Bow Crescent NW Bowness

I have been complaining about this catch basin ever since I moved into this community 3.5 years ago. Last year our road was paved and 12 months later the catch basin still sits full of pylons and warning signs. Multiple request to 311 and not one call back from a City Representative to discuss the plan here. Unacceptable.
