Fence Concern in a Park at 7103 5 St SW

Dead end sign loose facing wrong way wire and fence posts on the dead end barricade need service/ tightening etc Two concrete jersey barriers that used to sit in front of current dead end barricade were removed last year School kids swing and hang from the dead end sign post and jump on fence wire etc Hence it needs some tlc Thanks for your time much appreciate it
