Shrubs, Flowers, Leaves Maintenance in a Park-WAM at 4815 14 A St SW

Riverpark grass wear and tear. The grass is mowed too short all summer and now it is totally ruined. Irrigation was installed a few years ago, which was not needed. Then they stopped mowing half the park and mowed the rest way too much and too short and now there is no grass. Really poor maintenance and the result is horrible. Never before has it been this way. The new management of the grass over the last few years is not working. And I don't want to hear there are more users. It is the mowing
