Fix the left turning lane onto martindale gate. There is no reason this should have been changed. It is a huge waste of time to everyone traveling in this direction and backs up traffic way too much. Either put the light back to the way it should be or make the advance green much longer to actually move traffic along. Any person who designs roadways in this city would see how completely stupid this change is.

Describe Issue: There is no reason for this advace green to turn into a red light after the arrow is finished. It should be a solid green. This a huge waste of time and backs up traffic any time of the day not just rush hour. There a only two lames of oncoming traffic and they are in perfect t visibility of the turning lane. I don't understand why this was switched to a red light but it is completely senseless. This is the only intersection in Calgary that is like this with perfect visibility of oncoming lanes.
