Fence Concern in a Park-WAM at 2 Elkton Wy SW

Describe the concern. This tiny parcel of city land is at the bottom of a steep hill. This is the 2nd time in the past yr someone has blown thru the sidewalk attempting (whether on accident or not) to access 69th street through this almost non existent fence. Fix fence!
