Describe Issue: This turning arrow is so short only 3-4 cars can get through each light. People get frustrated in morning rush hour having to wait up to 5 light changes that people run the red light after waiting so long to get through. It looks like there's a sensor in the road, can this be used or can the length of the arrow be increased to let adequate traffic through during rush hour?
