Snow On City Road at 2132 9 Av NW
This corner has been flooded with melting ice since last weekend. I've tried to clear the manhole, but it didn't work. The water has flooded the sidewalk and froze during low temperature, causing a great hazard to pedestrians. Please help. Thanks a lot.
