Describe the concern. Located at haysboro community natural playground, and it was noticed a major safety concern. A piece of rebar with fluorescent orange sprayed on it is sticking out of the ground near the stumps that are surrounded by gravel just off to the right hand side upon entering the archway entrance. It looks like it possibly held a stump in place, but the stump is broken. This could be a severe safety concern us a child or adult were to trip or fall on it and get impaled on it.
