Describe Issue: Signal lights at 33ave and 37 street are ridiculous. I was on 37th on the morning of July 05 at arouns3:30 AM and the lights turned red on 37 street. Of course no traffic or pedestrians wanting to cross the street at 33rd avenue. I would like to see engineering justification for lights that are fixed at this intersection.
