Describe Issue: At the intersection of 162nd/ Shawville way turning left , all 4 directions were sitting at a red light for a full set , no one was moving. Then it seemed there was a missed left signal when the light turned green (for the cars going straight) . Even when there was a train crossing , we could safety turn left but then had to wait another full set.
