Catch basins in front of 60 Chaparral Valley Crescent SE and adjacent across the street insufficient to handle medium to heavy flow. Need the city engineers to evaluate and clean out basins and fix this problem. Has been an issue for 7 years. Winter or summer?.. please address this issue.
