Damage to new pedestrian overpass. Galvanized handrail removed and lighting damaged. Two places. Looks like it's been forcefully removed by vandals.

Specific Details: Looks like vandals have removed 2 sections of galvanized pipe handrail and cut the lighting cable inside the pipe. The pipes are nowhere to be seen. To prevent future damage the pipes may need to be locked in place.

Specific Location: New pedestrian bridge overtop of Bow Trail between Westbrook Mall and Westgate Towers.
