Not mowing... this is a noxious weed burdock that is in its second seed dispersing year- in a coulee in our much loved natural area park...it's in the NW quadrant of the park and there are many first year plants that will blossom next year. As part of the rehabilitation of the park it is important to remove the burdock and other noxious weeds such as Canada thistle... thank you for attending to this
