Shrubs, Flowers, Leaves Maintenance in a Park-WAM at 1154 89 Av SW

There are 3 big holes that were not filled this summer when trees were planted in the natural park. Kids move the boards and orange cones. Just wondering/hoping these will be dealt with before snowfall as there could be injuries.
Issue: Turf repair
Describe the concern in detail: Wouldn't want an Andy Dwyer situation like in Parks & Rec.
