There is a chain link fence between the baseball diamond and the walking path/pond area to the west of the baseball diamond. Our school utilize the baseball field and the walking path/pond areas every day. It is a highly used area for Dr. Freda Miller School staff and students. We have had several medical issues - bee stings, bathroom issues while at the pond and unfortunately there is no access to cut across the field to get to the school quickly.

Describe the concern. We often have children/staff with medical or emergency situations and are unable to get through the fence to seek help. We would like a pass through put into the fence to help during emergencies.
