The gravel and dirt from the back alley is moving down the sidewalk. When it rains the water carries dirt and gravel directly onto the sidewalk. It looks as though there are years of accumulated dirt as half the sidewalk is covered. The city came this year and dug out the corner where the alley and the sidewalk meet but it did not solve the problem
