Describe Issue: When turning left on the intersection symon valley and nolan hill dr, if the signal in on solid green where you have to yield to oncoming. This turn is dangerous and i have seen a few bad t bone accidents, the cause may be due to the barricades on both west and east bound left turns where it causes cars who are waiting for the turn to be far right enough to block the view for incoming traffic
