Describe Issue: Signal light goes green for west entrance to the intersection when there is no traffic waiting for the light The west entrance is a private driveway The light should only go green if there is traffic but it goes green everytime the signal changes. this delays traffic on 12 mile coulee going north and south and traffic coming in / out of rocky valley drive onto 22 mile coulee It appears that the camera that controls the west entrance signal light is pointed directly at overhead powerlines
