Fence Concern in a Park-WAM at 11901 Valley Ridge Dr NW

Park fence has been damaged by Ellis Don during construction activities for the new ring road. Totally understandable with the construction, and it needs to be repaired.
Describe the concern. Fence along the back side of soccer field has been damaged in many places by the highway construction/expansion.
