Fence Concern in a Park-WAM at 5050 Spruce Dr SW Wildwood

On the South side of Edworthy Park (just West of picnic site 2) there is a large hole in the fence between the park and the railroad tracks. Any adult or child could easily walk through the compromised fence.
Describe the concern. This is an urgent child safety concern since the park and nearby accessible playground are well used by children.
