This is an ongoing issue yearly. The alleyway is graded so that all the snowmelt pools into our garage areas. It has become so bad that water pools underneath our garage doors and into the garages themselves. If that water freezes, the residents can no longer close their garage doors. We must then break up the ice before we ca close the doors. The alleyway needs to be graded so that this will not happen in the future.
